Fair use
Content changes are included, one request at a time. If your usage exceeds what's reasonable, we'll warn you in advance. Storage and data transfer are generous but not unlimited. We may suspend your website for abuse or persistent unfair use, refund unused months, and provide your data to take with you.
Domains & e-mail
Your domain stays yours
Your domain stays registered in your name, with the registrar of your choice. We never take ownership or lock you in. Connecting it to your new website is straightforward.
- We send you the DNS records you need.
- You or your registrar add the required A and AAAA records for your domain and www.
- That's it. Your new website is live on your domain, with HTTPS enabled automatically.
Your email keeps working, too.
We don't host email, so your existing mailboxes stay with your current provider. If email is bundled with your old hosting package, keep that service active or move your email before cancelling the package. Your website can move to us without moving your email.

Good questions, straight answers
Is it safe to let AI change my website?
Your AI assistant can update your website's content, but it can't change the underlying code or design. Automated checks run on every change, and you approve everything before publication. AI can make mistakes, so always review the preview. If needed, you can restore any version from the last 3 months.
What does the 95+ PageSpeed promise mean?
We guarantee a Google PageSpeed Insights performance score of 95 or higher for your homepage, on both mobile and desktop, on the day your website first goes live. We check the score before we show you a design and again before launch. The guarantee is for launch day only: the score can drop later, for example through changes to your website or changes Google makes to how PageSpeed scores, and a lower score after launch is not covered. Fast-loading pages give visitors a better experience, and performance is one of many factors that can influence search rankings.
Will AI assistants like ChatGPT recommend my business?
No one can promise that, not us and not anyone else. AI assistants decide for themselves what to mention, often based on reviews and other websites too. What we do is make your website easy for them to read: all text in the page itself, clear business details and fast pages. Keeping your details accurate and consistent, on your website and your Google Business Profile, helps too.
What counts as a change?
Changes to your existing pages are included: text, opening hours, photos, prices, contact details, team members, services and more. New pages and layout changes are handled by our team, and redesigns or custom features such as online shops aren't part of the plan. See the full list
What counts as fair use?
Routine changes to existing pages are included, handled one request at a time. Your panel shows the AI cost of each request, so you can track usage without paying per change. If your usage is significantly above what's reasonable for the plan, we'll let you know in advance.
What isn't included?
Need a new page? Request it through your panel, and we'll get back to you. Online shops, booking systems and other custom features aren't included. We don't host email or sell domains, either.
Do I need a cookie banner for visitor statistics?
Our visitor statistics use network logs rather than cookies or tracking scripts on your website. This means the analytics themselves don't require cookies. Whether your website needs a consent banner for other features depends on what else it uses.
Who owns my domain?
You do. Your domain stays registered in your name with your chosen registrar, and your email stays with your existing provider. You simply point your domain to our DNS records for website only.
